Abstract: JBoss Inc. offers indemnification to its Gold and Platinum subscription customers, as well as to its Certified Partners. JBoss Inc., as part of their Professional Support Agreement, will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless their customers from threatened or actual legal action relating to third party intellectual property infringement claims. This covers risk mitigation including unlimited legal defense and code repair/replacement. Damages are also covered up to 4 times the value of the contract.
