Solution Title: Intellectual Property Warranty

Abstract: Red Hat views the protection of its customers as one of the most important priorities. So much that they developed the Open Source Assurance program to safeguard customers developing and deploying open source solutions.

The program features an Intellectual Property Warranty for Red Hat Enterprise Linux customers. This Warranty is a promise by Red Hat to replace software if there is an intellectual property issue so that customers may continue to use the solution without interruption.
